Ukemi Seminar

Date/Location: 3 hour seminar on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 10am-1pm at Lifeskills Martial Arts. Training fee: $0/person. SPACE IS LIMITED. Description: Topics will include foundational ukemi exercises, isolation drills, ukemi henka, and offensive ukemi applications.  Upon completion of this course, participants will have a fundamental understanding of basic ukemi.
